1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped cherries
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup crushed Digestive biscuits
1 tin condensed milk
55 grams margarine
Melt maragine and pour into swiss roll tin.
Add other ingredients in layers, starting with crushed biscuits and ending with condensed milk.
Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown one top.
Allow to cool a little, then cut into squares.
