Anger + Time = Bitterness

If you are breathing today, you will have conflict today.

It is not the conflict itself that is the problem – it is how we handle it. Or don’t.

Our anger needs to be processed.

(a) There needs to be a conversation.

(b) The starting point of that conversation ought to be with God.

(c) The important thing is to deal with our anger, not to ignore it.

‘Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil.’ Ephesians 4:26 & 27.

Deal with your anger – don’t let it fester into bitterness.
